Beyond traditional business book publishing, KP is able to use its expertise in a number of related areas. Currently these include:

Publishing services
KP is able to undertake major project management assignments for third parties, where it packages existing intellectual property, creates new material or licences its own copyright materials.

In recent years, KP has undertaken: the publishing of the European Commission’s 39 volume Single Market Review; the creation and project-management of the Engineering Employers Federation’s flagship Employment Guide (produced as a book and as an interactive website); and the development of a series of on-line information sheets for the British Council on work and educational opportunities in the UK.

Advertising and sponsorship sales
KP is unusual amongst business book publishers in carrying limited advertising and sponsorship in selected titles. Organisations see sponsorship or advertising in KP publications as a cost-effective way of reaching precisely targeted audiences and to be associated with high quality leading-edge business titles.

KP maintains an experienced advertising and sponsorship sales team to handle these sales, which is also able to undertake advertising sales campaigns on selected works for third party publishers and others. From 2008 advertisers will also be able to utilise KP’s innovative community based web site to enhance their reach further to specific and targeted groups of professionals worldwide.

Electronic product
KP has several strategic partnerships with outside organizations to facilitate the production of software and online delivery of book content and updated information.

In association with these partners, KP has developed and brought to market a range of careers and business CDs with associated online links, which have been co-branded with partners such as The Times and the IOD.
