With over 30 years' HR and employment law experience, he has previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hay and MSL. He is the author of several other titles, including The Handbook of Model Job Descriptions and Human Resource Management, both published by Kogan Page. He is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
