David Megginson is Professor of Human Resource Development at Sheffield Hallam University and co-founder of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Jennifer Joy Matthews is a lecturer at Sheffield Business School at Sheffield Hallam University. She has a particular interest in experimental learning using the out doors for development and situated cognition with particular reference to adults.
