REVIEWS :

“The fourth edition is even more student friendly and accessible…The book is full of insights and examples of what one may do as a practical manager in order to develop one’s staff and one’s self. This is the greatest strength of the text.”
Review by Arthur Ingram, Queen Margaret University College, Edinburgh, in Service Industries Journal

“An interesting and well-organised book…The authors go beyind their own perspective, reporting ideas generated by a number of people and groups in different contexts...A thoroughly worthwhile read.”
