The Honorable Jane B. Lucal has served as a probate judge in Ohio since 1985. Prior to that, Judge Lucal was an assistant prosecuting attorney and an attorney in private practice. She also served as legal counsel for the Interstate Commerce Commission in Washington, DC. She currently teaches, writes, and lectures widely on various aspects of estate planning. Noted for her interest and advocacy positions in issues affecting the general public, she has been featured on national television, including Dateline NBC, for her legal expertise and commentary.
