Customer Innovation Shortlisted for CMI Book of the Year Award

Marion Debruyne's Customer Innovation has been shortlisted for the CMI Management Book of the Year award!
In addition to winning the Belgium Marketing Book of the Year Award and being shortlisted for the S&MB Marketing Book of the Year Award, Marion Debruyne's Customer Innovation has been shortlisted for the prestibious CMI Management Book of the Year award. Of the 30 books entered for the 'Innovation and Entrepreneurship' category her book is one of five shortlisted titles.
Two additional Kogan Page books, Kevin Murray's Communicate to Inspire and Gerry Reffo and Valerie Wark's Leadership PQ, have also been shortlisted in the 'Practical Manager' and 'Management Futures' categories respectively.
The winners of each category and the overall winner will be announced at an awards ceremony at the British Library on 9th February 2015. Stay tuned!
