Over the last few years, it’s become increasingly clear how – because of the unprecedented power it is putting in the hands of customers – the second wave of digital is changing the game for clients and agencies alike.

For 20 years our core business was strategic consulting, helping leading brands, multinationals, major plcs and government departments create and execute customer-led strategies.

In 2007, we moved into the research space. Since then we’ve grown rapidly, worked with amazing clients in the UK and internationally and built a first-rate team. We have also won AURA’s commercial Acumen award three out of the last five years and, currently, are the Research Agency of the Year.

Leveraging our consulting roots, the work we do now centres on helping clients use research and data insight to do two absolutely crucial things:

1 Align customer strategy, putting digital at the heart.
2 Build and deploy customer know-how to create value in a digital world.
