Academic Ebook Support
Kogan Page’s commitment to academic institutions
During these difficult times, Kogan Page has actively been working with partners in the academic sector to expand access to our titles in order to support students and accelerate the transition to digital. In Spring 2020 we opted into an adjustment for CLA licences for schools and HE institutions, allowing academics, libraries and students increased access to Kogan Page content within the parameters of their licence.
Kogan Page work with the all the key digital partners including: VitalSource, Kortext, Bibliu , Perlego, Glose, Ebooks.com, Redshelf, Kivuto, Proquest, EBSCO, VLEbooks (Askew & Holts/Browns), iGroup and OverDrive. In 2020, Kogan Page also opted into the Proquest offer of a discount on the ebook if libraries owned the print book.
We are proud to be one of three publishers in the world to receive Benetech's Global Certified Accessible accreditation for ebooks. This award is the gold standard for accessible publications and certifies that we have demonstrated conformance to accessibility guidelines set forth by the Global Certified Accessible Consortium.
Our sales representatives liaise with subject librarians at international business schools, HE institutions and public libraries to keep them up to date with our latest title information. Kogan Page offers flexible options for multi-user and perpetual access licences. We are happy to engage with academic institutions and librarians on bespoke content solutions to suit their needs.
Now extended until March 2021, students can also get the ebook free with any print order, by selecting the 'bundle' option on a book's product page, when purchasing directly from the Kogan Page website.
