About the Author

Dr. Stephan Scholtissek is Global Managing Director Growth and Strategy in Accenture's global Resources operating group. He is biochemist by education and has been working on different parts of innovation for the past 25 years. He is a sought-after expert for innovation and major transformation processes and sits on several review committees for innovation prices. He has been frequently published, most notably as the author of the Financial Times bestseller New Outsourcing (2004), Stromland (2006), Multipolare Welt (2008) and Die Magie der Innovation (2009). Last but not least, as a German he looks at global business through the lens of the former export champion. He puts forward a view significantly different to traditional Anglo-Saxon management theories.
