Her clients include some of the biggest organizations in the world: Management Recruiters International, Robert Half, Pride Staff, Express Employment Professionals, Fortune Personnel and DAV in South Africa. She has trained thousands of recruiters virtually through her web-based tutors which have been used by 25,000 people distributed in 13 countries. The author has also developed a private-labeled Career Portal to help improve the candidate experience for every candidate a company attracts that has been used by over 500 Staffing and Recruiting Firms, Veterans Groups and Colleges in the US and Canada.
Her recruiting firm has placed over 10,000 people in jobs. Bruno helped create and wrote the Study Guide of Best Practices and Industry Practices for the Tech Serve Alliance Certification Program for IT and Engineering Recruiters (CPSR) and Account Executives(CPSAE) Levels 1 and 2. She also helped upgrade the NAPS Certification Program Her training is approved for Continuing Education Credit for these Certification Programs which certify hundreds of Recruiters annually. The author has received the highest national award from the Staffing and Recruiting Profession, The Harold B. Nelson Award, and was inducted into the National Association of Personnel Services Hall of Fame. She has been Chairman of the Board of National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), an 800-organization association that provides community, professional development, and certification to members of recruiting profession.
