About the Author
Dr Mark Parkinson is a business psychologist and psychometrics expert. He helps organisations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors recruit high-performing graduates and senior managers. He is the designer of a number of successful commercial tests and questionnaires, and also advises on university admissions testing. Mark writes regularly on psychological matters and is an authority on the psychology of entrepreneurs.
Mark Parkinson has written four 'careers & testing' books for Kogan Page, plus a book on using psychology in business. In addition Mark is a press spokesman for the British Psychological Society on assessment & selection issues, and using creativity in business.
