Roger Wrapson

Roger Wrapson was Senior Manager of the Road Haulage Association and the Association's Dangerous Goods Expert for 18 years. He is a Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser and a member of the IRU's International Group of Experts on Dangerous Goods.
