About the Author
Stephen Morse is an independent consultant with wide experience both in product and service marketing and in training product managers. He has operated as a consultant in the fields of company planning, marketing strategy, sales management and sales training in companies concerned with electronics, chemicals, travel and transport, and services such as consulting engineers, agricultural consultancy and airlines. He has worked in many countries in Europe and the Middle East. He has recently been specialising in marketing management skills for managers in taiwan and Japan and for training companies in North London and Suffolk.
Stephen is a graduate of St Catherine's College, Cambridge, and started his career as a product manager in the textiles industry. He then spent 8 years with management consultants Urwick Orr and Partners, and 5 years as a Marketing Planning Manager with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, before becoming an Independent management consultant. Stephen is now working as an independent management consultant working with international businesses as a product manager and marketing planning manager. He is also a senior lecturer at Management Centre Europe (Brussels) and the author of many business and marketing books.
