Tim Cook
Tim Cook is Head of Tax and joined Wilder Coe in 1996. His career history started off with HM Revenue & Customs, and covers a spectrum of experience spanning income tax, inheritance tax, capital gains taxes, VAT, trusts and property taxes. He has advised high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and family generations from a wide range of backgrounds, based in the UK and overseas.
Mr Cook's main involvement in litigation support has been through his involvement in advising on liquidity and tax matters in matrimonial issues. In addition to his advisory capacity, he has wide experience in guiding his clients through the different types of HMRC enquiries ranging from standard aspect enquiries through to COP 8 and COP 9 investigations, including disclosures under the recently-closed Liechtenstein Disclosure Facility rules and the more recently-launched Worldwide Disclosure Facility.
Mr Cook frequently lectures on tax matters to local businesses, and has participated in topical radio interviews.
