Kogan Page launches audiobooks

11th October 2018

With technology changing the way we work and access information, the publishing industry has also adapted how books are available to the public. In recent years both the UK and US book market have witnessed a rise in audiobook sales - research from Nielsen Books reported that publisher sales of audiobook downloads in 2017 increased by 21.5% on the previous year.

Speaking about the new venture, Helen Kogan, Managing Director at Kogan Page, said:

Recognizing the importance of learning through listening, and in keeping with our mission to aid the professional development of business leaders, experts and organizations, we want to ensure that our books are accessible for everyone across a variety of platforms. We are looking forward to bringing our cutting-edge content to the public on a new medium.”

Working with Sound Understanding, Kogan Page will release audiobooks for: Digital Darwinism by Tom Goodwin; The Post-Truth Business by Sean Pillot de Chenecey; Humanity Works by Alexandra Levit; The Leadership Lab by Chris Lewis and Pippa Malmgren; and Working in the Gig Economy by Thomas Oppong, on 28th October. Kogan Page Audio will be available through all major audiobook retailers, including Audible, iTunes and Google.
