Tim Stewart, Dean of BPP Business School

This book is written in a clear and engaging manner and will be of immense practical value to HR professionals and non-professionals alike.
Andy Wood, HR Generalist, Kellogg Brown and Root Ltd

Employee relations cost the UK's SMEs an enormous amount in lost time, resources and expensive litigation. This book provides invaluable support to SMEs and new managers wanting to understand their role in employee relations.
Dr. Karen Purnell, Managing Director, ITOPF Ltd

Useful, well-informed manual. getAbstract recommends her guidance and expertise to HR practitioners and students in related fields who face sweeping changes in today's workplace.
