Martins worked at Ernst and Young and Accenture, advising C-suite executives on the applicability of new technologies in finance. Martins is a recognized expert and regular keynote speaker on Web3, fintech, DeFi and a judge at fintech innovation awards. She currently mentors at Web3 Techstars and Outlier Ventures.
