Norman Cowan

Norman Cowan joined Wilder Coe in 2000 and is part of the Business Recovery and Forensic Accountancy Departments. Apart from being a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Mr Cowan has built a considerable reputation within the forensic accounting profession for his skills in business valuation, tracing assets, investigating fraud and grasping the overall commerciality of any disputes.

Norman Cowan brings a wealth of experience as an expert witness in commercial and criminal proceedings. Across a broad range of forensic accounting issues, he has given, and continues to be called upon to give, oral evidence in the High Court, Land and Tax tribunals and the Crown Court.

Mr Cowan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, member of the Expert Witness Institute and the Network of Independent Forensic Accountants.
