Charles Glover

Charles Glover, MS, is the Director of Certification & Assessment Products at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) where he manages the development of the SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® exams. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has been a devoted Certification/Licensure professional for over 10 years.

He is also a passionate researcher, analyzing exam performance metrics to increase
candidate awareness around the benefits of becoming SHRM certified and the optimal
preparation strategy toward earning SHRM certification.
