Through his work with ActionCOACH UK, he delivers a business coaching programme which has been awarded the Best Group Coaching Programme in the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions for three years in a row, out of over 1,000 coaching practices. He coaches hundreds of leaders and teams each year in organizations including Booking.com, Shutterstock, the UK government, Facebook and the NHS. He has manged teams worth over £130 million.
