Following a successful career in Human Resource Management and Training & Development, David Duerden set up his own management development consultancy in 1988  - www.ddaconsulting.com   

Since then DDA Consulting has provided consultancy and training solutions for a wide range of people management problems from basic skills development to board-level strategy planning. David Duerden has worked primarily with blue chip companies in the UK, USA and Europe. These have included: BMW, Oracle, Compaq, National Air Traffic Services, Sun MicroSystems, Nationwide Building Society, ABN AMRO Bank, BT, Diageo, Digital Equipment, Hewlett Packard, The Environment Agency, Perstorp and Phillips.
