Tess Hilson-Greener is an international speaker, researcher and organizational transformation leader. She is the founder of the HR2035 Foundation and also established the AI-Mediated Foundation, the umbrella organization for her research, thought leadership and practical frameworks, bringing together initiatives including HR2035 and the PXB Ecosystem™ to advance understanding of AI-mediated organizations.


With more than 30 years' experience across global organizations, government and private equity-backed enterprises, she specializes in the design of AI-mediated organizations, workforce transformation, governance and decision architecture.


Her work combines expertise across HR, organizational design, technology, executive leadership and enterprise transformation. She is the creator of the PXB Ecosystem™, a decision-based organizational architecture designed to help organizations embed accountability, governance and performance into AI-enabled execution.
