Tom McGuffog is the CEO of Altogue Associates where he writes, teaches, and advises public and private organizations in defining and managing their value chains. Hewas executive director in Rowntree and Nestle for Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, IT and e-Business. He was also non-executive director of the UK Defence Procurement Agency, Defence Logistics Organisation, the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency, and the Simpler Trade Procedures Organization.
