About the authors

Sara Tate is an advertising industry titan. Formerly CEO of TBWA London, she was voted Best Leader in Marketing by Women in Marketing Awards and won Campaign's Female Frontier Award. An accredited Executive Coach and Brand Consultant, she co-hosts The Rebuilders podcast and is based in London, UK.

Anna Vogt is a highly awarded swimmer and advertising strategist. She is the Chief Strategy Officer at VMLY&R London and co-hosts the Rebuilders podcast. With a regular column in Campaign, she has featured in Huff Post, Management Today and Creative Bite. She is based in London, UK.
