About the authors
Tony Bray is a self-employed trainer and writer based in the UK. After a career in the army, followed by management and training roles at BT, he established his own business in 1989. He has written a number of management books and training packages and regularly delivers training.
Tessa Simpson began her own business in training and career counselling in 1989 before becoming a partner in Aquarius International in 2000. Based in the UK, she writes on training and career issues as well as running training workshops on a wide range of personal and interpersonal subjects.
