About the authors
Suzanne Hazelton runs her own coaching, training and consultancy business working with people and organizations to help them thrive. Previously she worked at IBM, specializing in the development and delivery of personal development training courses to both professionals and trainers. Suzanne is a practitioner in Transactional Analysis, NLP, positive psychology, Myers-Briggs and Firo-B and has trained or coached more than 3500 people. In her spare time she is a volunteer with the charity Action for Happiness.
