Frank Dillon, The Irish Times
This book will be of interest to those who are experiencing stress or negativity at work and who are looking for tools to combat it.
Claire Osgood, TrainingZone
This book oozes positivity and really makes you re-evaluate you own attitudes and mind set. It is well written and gives information about online exercises that help you to assess your progress throughout. I would recommend this book to anyone, but as a trainer I think it was invaluable.
E.G. Ferris, Goodwin College, CHOICE
Presents strategies to assist workers in improving their effectiveness and satisfaction on the job. Although Hazelton focuses on techniques for individual growth and development, she also explores the implications of positive psychology on improved teamwork. Many of her solutions for individuals call for changing job settings, exploring new activities, and developing more positive communications techniques. The book's strength is in its breadth and practicality. Summing Up: Recommended.
