Dr Paul Aldrich provides organizations with talent management consulting and, executive and career coaching. In addition toconsulting and coaching for organisations Paul coaches individuals from a career and life perspective and supportsteenagers as they seek to maximise their academic and extra-curricular performance.He has over 25 years talent management experience covering banking, asset and wealth management, insurance andprofessional services across EMEA, APAC and the US. He started his career at Price Waterhouse in London and worked forthe Chase Manhattan Bank in London and Hong Kong.Paul was awarded a doctorate in business from Durham University which focused on talent portfolio/people risk managementand the role and influence of human resource management. He also has an MBA from Durham where he is a Visiting Fellowat the Business School and is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Roehampton'sBusiness School.Paul is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, member of the Guild of HR Professionals, has completed the British PsychologicalSociety's qualifications to deliver occupational psychometric tests and is also accredited to deliver the NEO, Saville Wave,Firo-B, Myers Briggs and Hogan instruments for people selection and development.He is undertaking an MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change at Henley Business School, has been awarded theirProfessional Certificate in Coaching, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Paul has trained withMind to support the management of mental health in the workplace, with Brief on solution focused coaching and he also usescognitive behavioural coaching in his practice.Paul is a Level 3 qualified Master Personal Trainer which combines physical training with advice on nutrition. Andrew Pullman

Andrew Pullman is an entrepreneur and human resources professional. He is CEO/founder of People Risk Solutions, an HRconsultancy working with companies in all sectors, specialising in financial and professional services. He is also CEO ofPeopleClear Ltd, a new company in the FinTech sector offering regulatory technology solutions to financial services firms.Based in London, Andrew provides strategic and tactical HR advice to a variety of clients across several industry sectors.These have included the HR setup of the £2.5 billion Business Growth Fund plc on behalf of HSBC Bank, interim Head of HRat Marks & Clerk LLP (UK's leading Patent Attorneys) and Group HR Director for TT electronics plc. He is particularly focussedon the new Senior Manager and Certification Regime regulations for financial services. Previously Andrew was a ManagingDirector at Dresdner Kleinwort, the German investment bank. He was global head of HR for the Capital Markets business andresponsible for training and talent management across the bank. Immediately prior to this appointment he was head of HR forKleinwort Benson Private Bank. Andrew has worked in financial services for over 30 years, starting in fixed income sales atUS bank JP Morgan following his first career as an officer in the British Army.Andrew regularly speaks at conferences and seminars and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel andDevelopment; he is also Co-Chair of the Organisational Design and Development Committee and SMCR Taskforces of theCity HR Association.
