Erica Farmer

Prior to this, she was Head of Talent, Leadership Development and Apprenticeships at Virgin Care and Head of Learning at The MISSION Group. She is also a frequent conference speaker and the host of the AI for the Average Joe podcast. She is based in London, UK.
