About the authors
Tony Nicholls is an independent Organization Development Consultant working globally across the private, public and third sectors. His private sector clients have included corporates and SME businesses, primarily from within the Financial Services sector. Within the public sector, he has supported various departments across the UK Civil Service and is faculty for the Masters-level UK Civil Service Organization Design and Development capability programmes. He previously held the role of Principal Consultant with Mayvin Ltd and before that held senior HR and OD roles in Financial Services organizations. He lives in the Lake District, UK.
