  • It's time HR people! It's time for us to be brave and to boldly and finally step into the next generation of HR that the world of work is eagerly looking on at us for. This book hands us this beautifully on a plate giving us the key ingredients of an operating model of spirit and flow, human centredness and engineering and readies us to supercharge the human and digital age in the workplace. I was propelled with spark and inspiration throughout and cannot wait to get started. This is a must read for anyone in HR who knows that in our world, our operating model, that it is time, HR 3.0 is finally here.
