About the authors

Kevin Gallagher is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management and currently Programme Leader for BA Applied Management at the University of Sunderland, UK. Kevin has managerial experience in the civil engineering and paper industries both in the UK and overseas and has wide experience teaching on CIPD and HRM programmes.
