Most transport operators have little experience of the regulations surrounding the carriage of dangerous goods. Roger Wrapson was Senior Manager of the Road Haulage Association and the Association's Dangerous Goods Expert for 18 years. He is a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor and a member of the IRU's International Group of Experts on Dangerous Goods.
