Organisational Psychology, Mediator, FRSA, Visiting Fellow and Programme Director Cranfield University School of Management is a professional lecturer, facilitator, consultant and non-executive director with a background in international finance, law and organisational psychology. She has nearly 20 years' experience facilitating organisational and executive learning and development across all business sectors as well as internationally.
